Collection: Provincial Council Meeting Collection

Scope and Contents

This Collection contains materials relating to Provincial Council Meetings. The Provincial Council is composed of the Provincial, the most recent former Provincial, the Regent of Studies, the Socius of the prior provincial, the Definitors of the last provincial chapter, and Councilors elected by the last provincial chapter and meets four times a year to discuss Provincial matters.

The Collection is broken up into series by year, including the minutes, supplemental documents, and any related correspondance. As a matter of practice, Council documents are transferred to the Archives after 10 years.
