Scope and Contents

This collection covers the writings and communication of Provincials in the duties of their office from the Province's inception in 1939 to the most recent former Provincial in 2023. The collection is primarily composed of letters written to friars of the province alongside any personal communication that relates to their position but not to an existing collection. Photographs, sermons, and other media are included when applicable.

The collection is organized into series by Provincial and is contained in three boxes. The current Provincial's material will be archived upon the completion of his term.
