This Box contains files relating to the sales and leases that accompanied the Province's transition of the Property to Dominican University and Fenwick. Within it are files on the lease of the "soccer fields" portion of the property to Fenwick in 1998 to the eventual sale in 2024. As well, there is the files on the leasing of the Dominican Conference Center from 2001-2002, the sale of the Priory in 2002, and the subsequent leasing of several areas to the Friars to continue living there from 2002-2012, all with Dominican University.
