The collection documents the Provincial Chapter Meetings of the Dominican Province of St. Albert the Great, spanning from the Province’s first chapter in 1940 to the present. Chapter Meetings, held approximately every four years, discuss important issues, legislative changes, and elect leadership. The collection encompasses 50 boxes, including 48 boxes of chapter materials from 1940 to 2023 and two boxes of published Acts.

The materials are arranged into series by year, with each series containing minutes, reports, and official Acts from the respective Chapter. The original order of the Chapter records has been maintained, except for the 1969 Chapter, which required significant reorganization to achieve a usable arrangement. Additionally, there is a separate series dedicated to "Published Acts," which consists of one box of bound editions encompassing multiple published Acts and a second box containing individual publications.
