The collection is contained in three boxes and is primarily composed of letters written to friars of the province alongside any personal communication that relates to their position but not to an existing collection. Photographs, sermons, and other media are included when applicable.

The four provinces in the United States are the most complete and contain several boxes each while there is a smaller selection for 33 other provinces.

This collection contains the relics, holy cards, sacred vessels, and other holy ephemera donated to the province. It is separated into four series.
