Dominican Life Newsletter Collection
The Dominican Life Collection contains a small group of published materials documenting a short-lived provincial or interprovincial publication issued between 1996 and 2001. The publication reflects contemporary reflections on Dominican religious life, ministry, and community during the late twentieth century.
The collection consists of a single folder containing a complete run of issues or excerpts. Materials are arranged chronologically.
Dominican Life/U.S. Dominican Journal Records
The collection contains complete runs of Dominican Life (1957–1979) and U.S. Dominican (1980–1990), along with related correspondence and financial reports. The publications were part of the vocational promotion activities of the Dominican Province of St. Albert the Great and the collaboration between U.S. Dominican provinces.
Dominican Social Action Fund Committee Records
The Dominican Social Action Fund Records document the establishment, governance, and grant selection of the Dominican Social Action Fund, a provincial initiative of the Dominican Province of St. Albert the Great from its formation in 1973 to its closure in the early 2000's. The Social Action Fund was established to support community development and relief organizations within states that the Province acted within.
Dominican Trust Records
The Dominican Trust Records document the establishment, administration, and dissolution of the Dominican Trust of Colorado, a grant-making foundation active from 1988 to 1995 that supported domestic and international programs advancing the Dominican Order’s mission of peace and justice. The records include foundational materials, annual grant requests, correspondence, and limited financial documentation.
Fenwick High School Collection
This collection contains materials relating to Fenwick High School from its beginning in 1932 to present day. Yearbooks, council meeting minutes, and other historical documents comprise the bulk of the collection.

International Dominican Information (IDI) Records
The International Dominican Information (IDI) Records consist of printed periodical issues produced by the Curia of the Dominican Order, documenting the global activities, governance, and apostolic life of the Order of Preachers from 1960 to 2012.
Liturgical Books
Collection of books, pamplets, and other texts relating to Catholic liturgy. A significant number of liturgical texts relate to the Dominican Rite and pre-Vatican II chants.
Mission Development Records
Contains records and epehmera relating to the Office of Mission Advancement. Ranges from financial records to corportation documents and fundraising events. Also includes the records for the now closed Colorado Dominican Vocation Foundation and their Windows to the Divine event.
Missions - Bolivia
Materials related to the Province's mission work and development of the Vicariate of Bolivia to an independent Province. Includes the council and chapter meetings, Vicariate Houses, and apostolates.
Missions - Central America
The Provinces of the United States agreed to assist the then General Vicariate of Central America, now the Province of St. Vincent Ferrer in Central America. Thus, the Province's presence in Central America was a collaborative venture. Only materials that pertain to this relationship and to the Friars involved are found in this Record Group. This primarilly includes the houses and apostolates that the Province's Friars were involved in.
Missions - Japan
From 1947 to 1954, the Province collaborated with the Provinces of Canada and the Holy Rosary in Hong Kong to establish the Order in Japan. Although the three friars sent by the Province returned by 1954, the Vicariate remains active today. The Record Group contains materials related to this relationship and the involved friars.

Materials related to the Province's mission work and development of the Vicariate of Nigeria to an independent Province. Includes the council and chapter meetings, Vicariate Houses, and apostolates.
