Contains promotional posters for the Central and Southern provinces. Includes "Brothers in Formation," "Come and See," vocations calendars, and a small number of general posters published by the Christian Brothers' Religious Educator ministry at Mont La Salle, Napa, California. The materials are contained in one large flat storage box, with some oversized "Brothers in Formation" posters stored on the shelf.

Each novitiate class, which ran from August to June of the following year, tasked one novice to chronicle their experiences.
