Liturgical Books
Collection of books, pamplets, and other texts relating to Catholic liturgy. A significant number of liturgical texts relate to the Dominican Rite and pre-Vatican II chants.
Mission Development Records
Contains records and epehmera relating to the Office of Mission Advancement. Ranges from financial records to corportation documents and fundraising events. Also includes the records for the now closed Colorado Dominican Vocation Foundation and their Windows to the Divine event.
Missions - Bolivia
Materials related to the Province's mission work and development of the Vicariate of Bolivia to an independent Province. Includes the council and chapter meetings, Vicariate Houses, and apostolates.
Missions - Central America
The Provinces of the United States agreed to assist the then General Vicariate of Central America, now the Province of St. Vincent Ferrer in Central America. Thus, the Province's presence in Central America was a collaborative venture. Only materials that pertain to this relationship and to the Friars involved are found in this Record Group. This primarilly includes the houses and apostolates that the Province's Friars were involved in.
Missions - Japan
From 1947 to 1954, the Province collaborated with the Provinces of Canada and the Holy Rosary in Hong Kong to establish the Order in Japan. Although the three friars sent by the Province returned by 1954, the Vicariate remains active today. The Record Group contains materials related to this relationship and the involved friars.

Novitiate Formation Collection
Novitiate Journal Collection
This collection contains 30 volumes covering events and notes from novitiate classes between 1940 and 1968 and a one journal from 1987-1988. Each class, running from August to June of the following year, had one novice chronicle their experiences a bound book. Additionally, there are two volumes from the cooperator novitiate and house of studies at St. Thomas Aquinas Priory in River Forest with entries from 1946 to 1965, covering 1943-1954 and 1953-1965.

Prior Provincial Records
This collection covers the writings and communication of Provincials in the duties of their office from the Province's inception in 1939 to 2023. The collection is contained in three boxes and is primarily composed of letters written to friars of the province alongside any personal communication that relates to their position but not to an existing collection. Photographs, sermons, and other media are included when applicable.
Promoter of Social Justice Records
The Promoter of Social Justice Collection documents the development and work of the Promoter of Social Justice within the Dominican Province of St. Albert the Great following the creation of the office in 1973. The materials include correspondence, annual reports, and records from Regional and North American Promoters of Justice Promoters.

The Vocation Promotional Materials Collection documents the Dominican Order's efforts to promote religious vocations, with a focus on the Province of St. Albert the Great. Spanning four boxes, the collection includes pamphlets, ephemera, posters, and audio-visual media that highlight the Dominican charism and vocational ministry.
